Harbr builds approval systems and payment facilitation for the commercial construction ecosystem. This is a tough challenge for the right kind of product-minded back-end developer.

  • Help find the right corners to cut for speed, and the right problems to invest in for long-term value.
  • Pursue product validation through empirical research.

  • Be a model for well-written understandable code, in your own code and code reviews.
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and respect.
  • A collaborative approach to discussion and decision-making.
  • Expertise in Scala – Our API is written in Scala using the Play Framework and the Sangria implementation of GraphQL.
  • Solid understanding of Java in the Enterprise.
  • Experience with GraphQL is very nice to have.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern delivery methods: AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Full command of Git, GitHub, the terminal, CI/CD, and other modern fundamentals.
